"We used this location for a family trip. The room is very nice and looks just like what's pictured. Actually a bit better. You can see the beach from your balcony. The ocean is pretty much always calm - in fact, several snorkeling tours stop at the reef just off of the beach. I recommend that you bring your own snorkeling gear. The apartment is located in Sosua, which is probably more akin to DR's version of Las Vegas. You'll want to have a rental car and use Cabarete a lot if you're looking to do family stuff like surf, good dining, windsurfing, etc... It's only a short drive away. Sosua seems to have overpriced food that isn't the greatest. Eat at the Caribbean Hot Pot. Mike is awesome and his food is impeccable. We had a small problem with a leaking bathtub, but the staff was very helpful and had it fixed the very next morning. This service is better than most American hotels that I've stayed in. The maid service was nice. Overall a very new unit with great amenities!

"I travel a lot, and have pretty high expectations of places I stay... And I would definitely recommend this listing! The condo was beautiful- and was actually bigger than the pictures made it look (usually the opposite is true). The location was great- beautiful beach and pool right outside the door. I was also very appreciative of Todd (the host) for being flexible with us on check-in / out times. Next time I'm in the Sosua area, I will definitely book again. Thanks Todd!"

"Amazing condo! I really enjoyed staying at this condo. The amenities are outstanding, everything you need to enjoy a vacation is provided. Nice furnishings as well. I felt very safe walking the grounds. The view is to die for. The maid service was exceptional. Honestly, I can't think of one negative thing to say. I look forward to staying at this facility again and working with Tanese, who is beyond professional. Thanks again for everything!"

"I have been lucky enough to stay at several places on the island, including Sosua, and this complex is top tier. The apartment is brand new, all appliances and furniture are new. They chose very nice fixtures and furniture, it's very comfortable and peaceful. There is plenty of space for a family, with two big bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The view of the beach and the pool from patio is priceless. The only issue which is not really not the fault of this apartment is the internet. It can be slow at times. Besides that, this place is a gem. I'm looking to go back soon.

"Stayed one week in the 2 bedroom condo and had a great experience. The property is as advertised. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities that I need when I travel, pots, pans and a coffeemaker. The daily maid service was excellent. The wifi connection was solid. The private beach is awesome, and the pool is beautiful. All communications with the property manager were professional, courteous and helpful. Great place to stay"

"The condo is absolutely perfect. It's very clean, beautifully decorated and always smelled good. It has a Great view of the beach and pool from the balcony. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and microwave. I will most definitely stay there again.

"At first I was a bit skeptical, since it had no reviews... but Todd was really helpful through the process, so I went ahead and booked the place, and what can I say... I don't regret ever this decision, since it was everything I was looking for and more. Great apartment with a wonderful view of the beach and pool, also included a very friendly maid. The location is excellent, with lots of good places to eat nearby and it's just a 15 min drive away from Cabarete, which is also nice and has lots good places to eat and hangout! Hope to visit this place again, and Thanks Todd and Julissa!"

Stunning! Very clean and absolutely perfect in every way!!! Location is wonderful...beach and pool are beautiful and private. This is a MUST STAY if you are looking for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom. Super quick responses.
